Hi
We normally go away with 2 other families. We have 2 children and they both have 3 children each. We are looking for a family friendly place to stay that has 2 and 3 bedroom self contained apartments or cabins. It MUST have a heated pool (preferably indoor). We are loking at going Easter 2013.

Would prefer the place to not be more than 3- 4 hours drive from Sydney. We have a budget of around $1000 (per family) for 3 nights.

Any suggestions would be welcome

Give me my coffee and no one gets hurt!!!
Although the pool isn't indoors, our friends rave about this place. http://www.oakshotelsresorts.com/oaks-pacific-blue-resort/

We haven't been yet. Not sure about the outdoor pools in April, but it is north.

The Landmark Resort at Nelson bay is perfect. They offer great rates. The pool is heated, there is a heated spa, kids pool is heated, there is a steam room. There are self contained apartments with fantastic views over Nelson Bay. We have stayed there numerous times. There is also an on-site restaurant that makes wonderful cocktails and there is room service.

I definitely recommend this place.
