I will be doing one trip to Melbourne to buy everything so would like it to be from the same place/area. Where do you find has the best toy range/selection/stock??

Really not fussed what area or what sort of shop. Toys r us, toy world, big w, target, specialty stores.... All the above in one spot biggrin.gif

Please offer your favourite places to save me from driving all over Melbourne...

Edit to remove some detail

If you want somewhere smaller - Knox has most of those places

I'm in Melbourne and bought almost everything online original.gif Except for a few things at my local Toyworld, they have fantastic specials.

How about Doncaster Shopping Centre or Highpoint Shopping Centre?

Then there is Northland and Knox shopping centres and to the south east Fountain Gate. wink.gif

I wouldnt be going anywhere near Chadstone when you are planning to go, it can get very crazy around there.

Anyone buying anything online please be careful that it has already been bought and shipped because come December there will be no guarentee of anything getting there on time. The couriers are run off their feet especially now that the big department stores have done online toy sales! wink.gif

Good luck

Thanks everyone!

I am a bit to paranoid to use online shopping for anything important/with a time frame. I would hate for the presents to arrive late.

5ratbags I went to chadstone a couple of years ago at Christmas and it was crazy!

I don't mind the Christmas rush though and I am expecting it. But I am just thinking if I fill my trolley it is a loooonng way back to the car to head instore again and possibly again (there are a few bulky things I would like to get.

I will check out the suggested smaller ones online and see what shops they have original.gif

I was secretly hoping there was some magical row of all the toy shops with a good selection and close parking.... Very wishful thinking

Northland is good cause it's not that big so you don't have to walk miles to go from one end to the other
