The trip itself is a 9 to 10 hour trip We are going to be leaving early in the morning to hopefully let them sleep a little of it but when its day time what can i get her to do Would love to hear you ideas and what you do TIA |

My 18mo would probably not be interested in much in the car - DVD player would work for a while - and a book might last for a while too - toys don't phase him much anymore.
fx she sleeps most the way - Id say pack some books and her fave toys for just incase!! |

Yep, 'small' books - large ones frustrated my dd. Paper, colouring in pencils and a lap thing to rest on - this kept her amused for a while. Soft toys and she did sleep for a fair bit of it too - we did 7 hours one day and 5 the next.
