I have a few functions to go to, including DH's work lunch (somewhat dressy, they have invited clients). I bought this dress today, which looks good on, even if DH's eyes goggled at the colour/pattern (he's more a neutral kinda guy lol).
Now I just need to find shoes & a handbag/clutch to go with it. I was thinking neutral wedges, with maybe a fuscia clutch, but have no idea where to start to look for these, or even if they are a good idea. Can anyone with more style than I possess suggest what/where I could start looking? |

I have these and they are unbelievably comfortable (and more nude, less tan than this photo suggests):

Thank you both, I might head into the CBD during lunch tomorrow to see what I can find. I think I will have to try a few wedges on to see if I can walk in them, I wear heels but not as high as some of those. I'm reasonably tall, so usually only wear heels that are a couple of inches - some of those wedges look scary lol.

no, no, you will be surprised, truly - wedges are so much easier to manage than heels. I find mine feel almost like flats on because they give more ground contact so you feel more stable.
Good luck and happy shoe shopping! |

Given you are tall - strappy sandals might be the go.
Something neutral - maybe black - could work. Ditto for the purse. |

Black Patent Wedge
Nude Heel With my favourite being this one: Blue Heel I think the dress is AMAZING and with accessories I would maybe opt for gold (Mimco has a beautiful range) and maybe a nude cluth which would match the shoes as well. |

Fantastic dress! I'd shy away from nude- it's been done to death. I'd pick a strappy sandal in either a purple or coral/pink to match what is in the dress. Black would be too heavy.

While I love nude shoes and accessories, I agree with this. Purple or coral would make the whole outfit 'pop' if you know what I mean. It's a great dress! |

I agree, a strappy sandal even with a little bling would look great - and one of the colours in the dress - pink, coral, even the bright blue. If a wedge, at least make sure it's a peep toe. Anything closed toe will look too heavy.
I would then match the handbag/clutch to the shoe, but that's just me :-) |
