Hi! I have a bub due in March and have been looking at pram/travel systems.
So far I am most keen on the Steelcraft Agile because of the price, how compact it is, manoeuvrability, light weight and easy fold. My only concern with it is how it will handle rough surfaces. I won't be going really rough with it very often (hence not leaning towards prams that are designed specifically for rough surfaces). But there is a gravel road between me and my nearest shopping/cafe that I will probably walk down regularly. So I'm looking for people who have an Agile to share their experiences. Have you used it off road? How did it steer/push? How did the wheels hold up? Thanks |

I love my agile - but I really dont think it would handle very well off a footpath regularly. I keep my agile in the car, but on occasion have used it partly off road for whatever reason and it was no fun at all! So depending on how far/how often you would be doing it would be the decider for me!
 Other than that, it is the most awesome pram ever (ok ok, so I own 4 prams...but I really love it!) |

My SIL has a steelcraft agile and loves it.
I have pushed it around a bit, and it seems ok, but probably not great for "off road" although once every now and again would probably be ok - it's fine around town and very manoeuvrable. I also had an issue with the height of the handles - I was stooping slightly to push it (i'm average height - 5'6")- I especially found this after using my sisters Steelcraft Strider where the handles are adjustable. |

Thanks for your feedback! Much appreciated.
The height is not an issue for me (5ft1) but it may be for DH (6ft6)! I'm thinking the gravel will probably be ok. It's not very long and it is straight and flat. I'm more worried about busting the wheels I think, I don't think I'll mind pushing it that far. |

HI I think it would be ok for one gravel road a day, I wouldnt take it trekking. Ive had no problems with mine. LOVE that you can transfer the baby asleep in the car capsule to the pram.
