My DD 3 has just been offered a very late place at Melb Uni ELC. We have already organised everything around her going to her local CC which we have been happy with. It would mean a fair bit of upheaval to change at this point (Travel, inconvenience, cost etc). Can anyone share their experiences or advise me if its worth the change? thanks

From what I have heard from people who have kids there, it is absolutely fabulous. My main questions would be: 1) can you manage the 'short' days as it is not long day care 2) is it REALLY that important to have all those resources as a 3 year old (when, really, all they want to do is play) |

it does sound pretty amazing, we are visiting next week. I know its a rare opportunity, as we have no connection with the uni. Only draw back is the travel, plus baby # 2 is due in March...... Also DD1 has been in same CC since 11 months and takes a long time to settle into new situations, so its a bit of a scary change...
