Hi all,

I am going a bit bonkers here trying to navigate the world of carseats!!

I am after a seat for a newborn and we currently have two other seats (Sns Hiliner and Cargo Marathon) in the back so it will need to be quite narrow.

I have it narrowed to two seats: Infa Neon# or SnS Compaq*. Presuming they both fit in my car equally well, is one better than the other? Does the adjustable headrest on the Compaq provide better protection once the child starts to grow quite tall?

Thanks so much original.gif

# or the more expensive (and slightly narrower base) Kompressor
* or the slightly cheaper (but no adjustable headrest) Lifestyle

No one can say for sure.

I like the compaq beside booster seats as it allows easy access to doing up seatbelt. I like it's high wings and do prefer the plate inside the headrest bit which goes up over the cushion only of the lifestyle.

Compaq in red is on sale at Mothercare for $329

Just checked out the compaq next to the neon.

Compaq sit higher enabling access to seatbelts for boosters. Neon sit lower and does not provide same access. RF height markers at same points in both seats 36cm. Distance to FF top markers is 7cm for Neon and 9cm for compaq making the compaq the taller seat.

Thanks so much for all the measurements IsolaBella - I really appreciate it biggrin.gif

I think I probably will go the Compaq (presuming it fits!!) as my kiddos tend to be TALL .... I'll grab it when it next goes on sale (don't need it for quite a while yet though)

Thanks again
