Okay charting gurus, I'm after some advice. Can you please have a quick look at my chart and let me know what you tihnk might be going on this month?

My cycle length has been irregular over the past 15 months, but the last few have been about 32 days. My luteal length is usually only 6-7 days also.

I wouldn't have a clue what my body is doing

What is it you would us to look at?

There seems to be a clear temp shift and ovulation day. The short LP of 6-7 days would be a factor in why you've not conceived previously.

Having said that, you're at 10DPO now so that's looking pretty good Temps look good!

I've never made it past 7days after O, so Im in new territory as to what my temp should do. I'm still waiting on AF for the month, but just wanted to know if there was still hope yet. Thanks Sturmy

Maybe speak to your GP/gynae/FS about prescribing you Provera. That is a synthetic progesterone which might be able to sustain your luteal phase long enough until a conceived baby implants itself into your uterine lining (endometrium).

The problem with having a short luteal phase is, even if you conceived, your endometrium breaks down and 'gets flushed away' before the zygote (what bubs is called at that time) has a chance to nest itself into you, and as a result it kinda goes with the rest of everything else

Have you tried taking vitamin B6? It lengthens the luteal phase. Take it from ovulation onwards.100mg daily.

Also your temps are all over the shop - are you temping orally? If so try temping vaginally next month. You should see a much clearer pattern.
