I have been having sore breast since week 5 but recently my nipples are starting to hurt as if there is an ant biting me. Its both itchy and sore. Its so irritating that I am going to the toilets just to put some wet tissue over it to soothe it alittle. Anyone has some better methods of settling it down abit?

Oh sorry came from recent topics, didn't notice you're expecting not feeding. Still a possibility I guess but more likely just the pregnancy discomfort. Hope it resolves for you soon.

This might sound crazy, but have you thought about a teething gel? With a makeup pad on top to stop it smearing your bra.
ATM I'm only suffering tight and sensitive nipples. As long as I'm fully strapped in (I'm a 16C so I'm always wearing support) I'm OK.

Hope it eases for you soon.

Hi Im a newbie here but I have been having the same problem, sore, itchy boobs which also feel extremely warm sometimes. I was told to try Lucas Paw Paw ointment or Lanolin cream. Apparently there's a lanolin cream that's called Lansinoh that you can use now while preggers and down the track when you are breastfeeding and that is safe for bub. I couldnt find Lansinoh yesterday when I went to the chemist so Im just using a generic lanolin cream - seems to be doing the trick. The cream is a bit sticky though and can leave greasy stain marks on clothes...
