I doubt they would stop a determined suitor, and the girls can be just as determined as the boys when its mating time.

Easier to keep the b**ch locked up in the house. That's what I do with my entire b**ches, easier and safer.

what makes you think mutts are the only ones doing this? If y our dog is on heat they shouldn't be outside and should be locked up.

They aren't a new invention, they've been around for years. Commonly known as "b**ch pants" and they are more designed to protect floors and furnishings from drops of blood. The ones I've seen are designed to accommodate a sanitary pad.

My little chihuahua had one of those (although I wish I'd found such a cute one!).

It was more to stop her making a mess of my cream coloured couch than to stop other dogs getting to her!
