Pg with no4, No idea if it's a boy or a girl so at the moment we are just throwing idea's around.

What do you think of Drew as a name? If you hear it in the park do you think nice name, bogan name etc?

If I have a boy (after 3 girls) I would love to name him after my dad who is Andrew but I don't like Andrew and I have always liked Drew.

Would love to hear ideas.

TIA original.gif

I had an ex named Drew (just Drew, not short for Andrew). He was a lovely guy. I think it's a great name.

Go for it , I see absolutely no reason why not. I like that you don't hear it much. I've only ever met one.

I like Drew despite traumatic memories of an ex, so that means I must like it a lot.

I don't have much opinion of Drew vs. Andrew except to note I would always call an Andrew Drew and never Andy.

Drew is used as a standalone name, independently of Andrew, in Wales, and is related to the word "druid."

My favourite form of Andrew is Andre but I grew up knowing tons of guys named Andre, most answering to Dre, but that is probably not as workable/unremarkable/kinda cool-ish out here.

My other girls have quite girly names so if i have another girl I don't think I would use Drew, plus I see it as quite a manly name original.gif
