My son is named Reuben and im thinking, for future siblings, what names will go well with it.

Do you see Reuben as a traditional biblical name like Ezekiel, micah etc or as a hip modern name like jasper, Oscar etc, or something else?

Thanks original.gif

I didn't think Reuben was biblical. It seems Romanesque though. I really like it.

I think it would go with either modern or more traditional names.

I really like Reuben, I think either older or modern names could go with it. Maybe would sound good with less used common name.

OK I was going to say hipster, but I'm changing my my mind.. I think it sounds way better with Henry, William and Theodore than it does with the likes of Jarvis and Kingston

I knew a Rueben as a kid and I knew it as a biblical name.
Now whenever I hear the name I think it sounds kind of hipster. Which you can interpret however you like OP

Reuben is simply an awesome name biggrin.gif Yes I have one so am totally biased!!
We just had a baby girl and named her Pippa which I think matches it well. Both not overly common without being too out there!! We were also considering Molly original.gif For a boy we liked Fraser or Elliot original.gif
