Hi,

Looking at buying an iphone, have found some at Kogan but they are international stock. Have been assured that the only difference is the adaptor and they do give you an Australian adaptor as well. It also comes with a 12 month Kogan warranty.

So wondering if anyone has experience with Kogan? Is it a good or bad idea to buy an iphone through them?

All knowledge appreciated

TIA

JJ

Because everyone else has one...
I bought my Samsung Galaxy S3 from there and I'm happy with it. I'm not sure how different it would be to one from here though? It got here quick enough and works fine. They have free postage today too wink.gif

Yep bought a tv they kept blowing up and they were shocking to deal with. Got a full refund and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

( I had the tv a week before it blew up and had to fight to get replaced)

I've bought a few things from them. Kogan brand TVs which we've had no issues with.

We did buy a (no name) tablet that we had problems with and needed to return under warranty after about 6 months. They had the best customer service I think we've ever dealt with. So quick to answer any questions. They no longer stocked the one we bought so they gave us a credit (which was more then our original purchase price) towards anything else we wanted we chose a Samsung tablet which we are thrilled with. We did need to work out how to change the language and also bought a power adaptor.

I'd recommend them.

We've bought a no name tv, great no problems.
We then got a media centre, nothing wrong with it but wasn't right for our needs. Returned with refund no problems.
DH has today received a Samsung Galaxy III from them, he just called me on it and seems quite happy.
DH is in IT and mad about all things electronic and loves their no name stuff and buying brands through them.

I just bought a Canon Lens from them... Smooth purchase, quick delivery. From order placement to receiving the Lens was 7 Days.

Plenty of packaging to stop the lens getting damaged as well.

I don't know about purchasing their own brand name products, but I would happily buy another Canon Lens from them.
