20 different things = 20 samples or 1 of each. I don't think I would like it if my husband told me a behaviour of mine was digusting.

I don't think its weird having more than one sample if they have different variations - its a good way to sample new things before purchasing. As long as you don't make a point of going back to fill up on more than one of the same samples lol. (And yes, I have heard a few stories about this!)

I often have one or two samples if there are more than one option available but depending on what it is and if I think I would like it. Most often times, I do end up buying the ingredients/item advertised for sale if I have a sample and enjoyed it- I am a big sucker for it lol biggrin.gif

Your DH needs to pull his head in. That is why they have sample tables set up to encourage people to buy their range of items- if it was such a bad thing, they would have made a point of saying ONE sample only or something.

And yum, now I want mango and some xmas cake biggrin.gif

I do one of each. that's' what they are for. Oh no, I lie. Sometimes I get 2, one for me, one for my 2yr old. Maybe I'm disgusting too according to your CHARMING husband.
I just got back from Costco with my mum and my toddler, there were more than 10 taster tables, I tried pretty much EVERYTHING! Edemame beans were pretty bad though lol.

Your husband is weird. Or rude. One of those.

As pp said 20 different types of samples - you could, if you wished, have 20 different things.

'Disgusting' is the person who trots up and grabs handfuls of the same thing and then starts hassling the sample putter out person to 'Put more out'...
Or the grubby handed child who pick up three things gives them a half hearted chew and then spits them back out.

You were not disgusting. You did exactly what the marketing people wanted. Taste = buy!

I know someone who 'works' the sample tables. She gets sent so much food and uses about an eighth of it. I know she would welcome someone like you so she had less food to find a home for when she was finished!

Your DH is incredibly nasty and rude. It would be fine to sample it all.

6 - Six sick hicks nick six slick bricks with picks and sticks.
They are sample tables. You sample from them.

If there are 20, then you can sample from 20, if there are 50 & so on.

The supermarket wants you to try their product so you will buy it. It obviously worked.
