Just wondering whether anyone knows what the travel time is between Bendigo to Avalon is???

Trying to book flights, and travel on the one day but not sure whether the travel time is going to be too much for a day trip

Thanks in advance

I've only done this trip once, and that's because I accidentally booked from Avalon instead of Tullamarine. At least 2 and a half hours, give yourself more if you're a nervous type. Is there any chance you can leave from Tullamarine? So much more convenient.

I was in the middle of booking and noticed I "accidentally" picked avalon as well, its a 6am flight, can't see myself being able to get there 1hour prior at that time of the morning. Thanks, I'll keep looking for other options.

I would give myself 3 hours if you have to be there for a 6am flight. Seriously the worst roads ever! Tulla is a breeze though compared to Avalon.

swimming in a sea of chocolate! :)
According to google maps 2 hours 2minutes but I would say at least 3 hours to be on the safe side.

There isn't any roadworks on the freeway to/from Geelong at the moment but the road from Bendigo I have no clue about.
