I saw that a few people were from here in another thread (the one about friends).

At the risk of looking like an idiot if no-one replies, is anyone interested in a meet-up? I'm in the outer-eastern suburbs, very close to the Yarra Ranges and love a good excuse to go into the hills.

Anyone?

Great RachelT! Whereabouts are you? I'm out Croydon way.

A little about me, for anyone who's interested. I have one DS, almost 18 months, who is a little bit awesome cool.gif I'm a teacher when I'm not a SAHM. I love cooking and am a bit of a foodie (god that sounds w*n*erish!); I don't drink wine but I love visiting wineries (mostly for the food!). I also love music and art and reading.

Yes!!!! count me in! I'm in Belgrave, work almost full time, 2 kids (DS is 7, DD is 5) ... into vegie gardening, wine, home cooked food, sewing / craft. I love reading but rarely get enough quiet time these days to get into a good book!

I'd love to meet up and make some new friends happy.gif
