I've started wearing my contacts again after a few years of not being bothered. From nowhere, shadows have appeared under my eyes - or my glasses disguised them.

What do you recommend for hiding them? I don't wear foundation anymore, but have started using bb cream.

So something that I can use without needing to also use a foundation.

Never forget who you are, little star
I have used Innoxa concealer for years, it is sold at Priceline and other large pharmacies, possibly also BigW.

A bit of concealer and a light dusting of powder should work. I personally like bobbi brown concealer. It has more of a yellow base (pink is more common) but it depends on your skin tone.

I find the best way is to dot it under your eyes then use your pinky finger to gently press / pat it into place. The heat from your finger sort of melts it and blends it with the rest of your skin.

If you pop into the makeup counters in a department store, the staff are usually happy to show you how to apply concealer.

Failing that, a bit more sleep might do the trick!

Haemorrhoid cream.

Does Haemorrhoid cream help with dark circles too or just the puffiniess?

Give me my coffee and no one gets hurt!!!
I wear very little makeup for work. Powder, mascara and Clinique airbrush under eye concealer. Works well for me and I have quite dark shadowing. Doesn't clump or get stuck in the wrinkles either wink.gif

I saw something on TV recently that suggested getting a lymphatic drainage massage to remove dark circles.
A quick google search turned up several articles, here's one: http://www.wellandgoodnyc.com/2009/08/25/a...r-dark-circles/

A cold/ ice pack does it for me! I freeze/ fridge chamomile tea bags, then put them on the eyes (if from fridge) or just under the eyes if freezer, and leave on for a few minutes, then repeat several times if required. I find it reduces dark circles and puffiness and no cover up needed!

Notably I don't completely freeze the bags in the freezer - just make them very very cold.

I hope this works for you as well as it does for me.
