I use it, and sometimes post on the boards, but I'm not out seeking friends like they all seem to be. I also talk on the CalorieKing.com.au forums too. The tools are all out there for us to use, and free!

Hi,

I actually started using it about 1 week ago, both DH and I. It's helping so far, I have lost 1 kilo and my DH alittle more. It really helps jotting down how much you eat and how many calories you consume everyday, it's making us stop eating more than we need and especially at night!

The only problem I find is when searching for the food I've eaten, we eat home cooked food all the time, and maybe eat out on a weekend twice a month, it seems to come up with brand food, but I choose the closest option.

Anyway, would love to stick around here and help each other out.

Good Luck

You can add me too original.gif

I've lost 7kgs using MFP so far, I'm a big fan.

Cstar - there is an option where you can add a recipe. You enter all the quantities of the ingredients you use and it calculates the calories per serve its really usefull for me as I also do a lot of cooking from scratch.

Thank you I will do this
