I've been missing for a bit due to a nasty cold that turned into a throat infection. I haven't been able to do any exercise for the last two weeks but I've finally turned a corner. Today is the first day that I've felt better than the previous day!

To my surprise, I had a positive weigh in yesterday. Or it might have been this morning. Anyway...

SW: 87.5 GW: 82.5 CW: 84.8 CL: 2.7

My friend has asked me to consider doing the Michelle Bridges 12bt with her - has anybody got any experience with this program?

Hi guys I finally remembered to weigh in. Glad to say I have had a 600g loss. And I am feeling great! My energy levels are higher and I don't feel bloated.

Claire I will most def message you when I get 5min on the computer. I am on my iPhone and its not to conductive with writing long post/ messages. Thanks for the offer to help I will take you up on any tips you have. I am off all soy including soy lectern and soybean oil. They also want me off any face products containing soy (which is everything) this should only be for 4 weeks and then they will start reintroducing it to see my tolerance levels.

Spellfall I did the 12wbt a year or so ago and I did like some of the food and she seemed to get people motivated and make them accountable. I was thinking of doing it again until this soy intollerence was diagnosed. The food set up was quite expensive first trip but better after that and you really need to be able to stomach a wide range of food so if you are picky I would start clear of it. Kangaroo was eaten at least twice.
Good luck if you do it.

Hi guys, some of you may remember me from back in the winter weightloss challenge. I've had to stop my weightloss journey as I'm pregnant. (There goes my plan of wearing a bikini this summer)

Congrat's to everyone on their losses and good luck on reaching your goals.

UGH! I weighed in yesterday and was up by over 1kg!!! How is that possible? I weighed in on Sat and was down 200grams... Surely I couldn't have put on 1.5kg in 3 days???
So disappointed!
