Hi and welcome to the Secret Santa Program for 2012. xmas_cool.gif

The organisers for this year are justthegirls and Autumnal
Thankyou to both members for giving up their time to organise this program original.gif

If you intend to participate, you need to read the following Terms and Conditions of participation before you put your name down. I will be locking this thread on the 1st of November, so you need to get in quick if you would like to participate.

You need to post in this thread first so that your name is recorded as participating.

Secondly, you will need to contact:

justthegirls if your surname is between A - K
Autumnal if your surname is between L - Z

Kind regards

Terms and Conditions of participating in the Secret Santa program

By participating, you are agreeing to adhere to the terms and conditions of the Secret Santa program.

ESSENTIAL BABY AND FAIRFAX DIGITAL WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NON-RECEIPT OF GIFTS. ALL PARTICIPANTS DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK AND MODERATORS ARE NOT OBLIGED TO FOLLOW UP ON ANY INCIDENTS ARISING FROM THE SECRET SANTA PROGRAM.

You need to have a post count of at least 200 posts to be eligible to participate. This is due to non genuine members taking advantage of others in the past. You are also ineligible to participate if you have been placed on the banned members list or have ever been removed from the Trading Room.

You have until the 1st of November to put your name down to participate.

ALL gifts are to be sent via registered post or express post, and the receipt/tracking number is to be given to the organiser as soon as you send it. If you do not do this, and your recipient claims they have not received their gift, then there is no way to prove otherwise and you will be held responsible.

Gifts are to be to the value of between $10 and $20. This is to ensure that gifts are roughly of equal value. If you cannot afford this, then please leave participation for another year. Please note that postage will be on top of this, so again, if it's too much then please don't participate.

GIFTS ARE TO BE SENT NO LATER THAN THE 8th of DECEMBER - this is to ensure they have time to arrive before Christmas. If there are any last minute problems with this you need to contact the organiser immediately or risk being banned from any future participation.

Any complaints/questions about gifts need to be referred to the organiser of the SS program for resolution. Please do NOT start any threads on the boards about this as they will be removed immediately and may result in a formal warning.

Please note: Failure to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the EB Secret Santa will result in a formal warning being issued, removal from the Trading Room (if a member of that) and being banned from any future participation from any EB Secret Santa.

When your SS gift arrives, please let the organiser know so they can keep a list of who has sent and received their gift. There will be a thread to thank your SS for their gift and it would be appreciated if you at least acknowledged receipt of your gift as often there is a lot of effort put into choosing it.

Have fun! Enjoy this festive time of year and we hope your Secret Santa sends you something special.

To enter the SS program, please indicate your name below and also PM the organiser who corresponds with your surname.

Once names have been distributed there's usually a likes/dislikes thread where users post what they would like, are allergic to etc.. to give you some ideas.

I'll be in too please original.gif

This. To participate you will need to pm myself or Autumnal (depending on your surname) with your full name and address details of where you'd like your gift to be sent.
