Contemplating it - and will sign up if my IVF cycle is not successful. I feel positive knowing that if I don't have luck this cycle then I still have something to focus on and put my energy in to.

I did cycle 2 this year, and while I did slack off a bit (I blame life!) it has got me into a better routine with exercise and better mindset with food. I would recommend it!

I am thinking about it, can't decide if I should just buy her cookbooks and save myself $200.

I'm on the fence. I have a couple of her cookbooks but there's no motivation in that. If I pay the money it might give me the kick up the butt I need.

On the flip side, I don't have access to a gym and with bub and toddler can't really go running or walker faster than snail's pace, so not sure how much I'll get out of it if I can't do the exercise component properly.

I'm going to do it. Not sure about how I'll go over Christmas and New Year as I'll be away from computers and support.

But I need a kick up the backside and have had 2 friends who have had great results.

Hope I'm not intruding but I couldn't recommend 12wbt enough. I did 2 rounds and lost 6kg on the first one. Went from a size 12-14 to 10. I have kept the weight of for over a year and still eat any if her meals.

I had never been able o loose ht last 5kg and I finally did. Now I am doing mini triathlons and swimming and running. If you can afford the $200 it's a good investment. Books are good but nowhere near as good as the program. Also has a great forum like eb where you can chat to like minded people.

It's a fantastic program and I wish ou the bet if you decide o try it.

I am finishing round 3 and going to do round 4 as well.

I love it! I have lost almost 5kg, 46xm and gone from a size 12 to a 10.

The food is delicious, I am loving the gym and have made so many new friends. My depression and anxiety have all but dissappeared!
