When does it start? I did a round a while ago and must admit didn't finish as I got discouraged by seeing no results. Would be interested in checking out the lean and strong program this time around

I am also 162cm and weigh 71.3 I would like to get down to 63kg.

Hi firefly it starts in November with preseason starting in October. I had my fitness appraisal at the gym yesterday and I had put on almost 2 kilos since last one but reduced my body fat % and increased muscle and measurement were down. So i am trying to not just focus on the number on the scales.
If u decide to join pm me and I will send you an invite to your email if that is okay as I am trying to refer 3 friends to get a heart rate monitor as I really would like one because I am never sure if I am working hard enough.
What encouraged me to join was the options available as a single mum it is great to get exercises I can do at home when I can't make the gym or get out of the house!
I have convinced a colleague at work to join, told everyone and posted to Facebook to try and make myself accountable and motivated. Hopefully I will have a group of people and we can all motivate each other.

Hi firefly I hope. You are going well. I have started the pre season challenges for the 12 week body transformation this week is swim, run, cycle, walk 30 km. I have surprised myself and done it easily by just doing a bit more than I usually do and going for a half an hour walk at lunch. I am still getting errors pm ing you.

I bit the bullet and signed up too. I did do it before my last pregnancy and saw some results but I really didn't stick to it properly so am determined to stick with it this time.

I also paid up front instead of doing the weekly payments. As stupid as this will sound, I think seeing that I paid $200 will make me want to stick with it more than 'just $20 a week'.
