Hi all, my DD will be 2.5 at Christmas and I am trying to plan out her santa loot. Looking for ideas on what your 2.5 year olds are loving right now!

When encouraged, she is into puzzles, tea parties, her kitchen and starting to get into drawing/play doh/craft.

If she had her way though, she would climb all day. She LOVES climbing /jjumping and the sensation of falling. She seriously has no fear. I have considered a small trampoline with the safety net - just wondering if she is too young? She is also attempting somersaults - not sure if I have a potential gymnast on my hands!

Any suggestions welcome and thanks original.gif

My 2 yr old LOVES our trampoline! He is a boy but I think most kids this age love jumping. I have heard it is great for their brain development too (not to mention helping use up some of his seemingly endless energy!).

I like cats, but I couldn't eat a whole one.
A trampoline if you have space. We don't, but we have a mini tramp with a handle.

Mine would like a cubby house and she loves the Ipad.

Also, puzzles with the pieces on little sticks (you know what I mean), books, dolls, balls, percussion, toy guitar, toy trumpet (our neighbours just love us).

our 2.5 year old loves his trampoline (with safety net) and his sandpit and when its not freezing here he is playing on/in either one original.gif. the trampoline saved our beds and lounges and himself as he is a jumpaholic. sounds like something your little one would get good use out of especially being by the sounds of it a daredevil/gymnast original.gif

We bought dd1 a trampoline for her second bday.
Dd2 loves it at 2.5.
I would get a good one though (vuly or springfree) as our kmart one is falling apart at the 4 year mark and needs to be replaced.

Great way to wear out the little buggers too!!

Dd2 also loves her sandpit, indoor cubby tent, cookie monster playdoh set, painting, baby dolls and pram etc.

2yo DD loves the trampoline, trike, sandpit and water play. Inside she loves playing dolls house, trains, craft/drawing/playdough, Duplo, blocks and making cubbies out of furniture and blankets. Dress ups are also popular.
