Hi!
We're expecting a girl early November and have a few names picked out and am just after some honest opinions as I can't bounce the ideas off anyone I know ( gender is a secret!) Middle name will be Jayne - Maisie Sadie Mollie Ayelish Milla Amity Love Sadie but worried she'll get nicknamed the cleaning lady! We already have an Ainslie Meg TIA!! Maisie- love this but I think it's a bit of a mouthful with Ainslie
Sadie- lovely again Mollie- I think this spelling looks odd but I like Molly Ayelish- I don't like it but the spelling you've chosen looks odd Milla- nice Amity- ok, but I wouldn't go for another A name With Jayne as a middle name, I pick Milla |

Love Mollie, it's gorgeous, and I also really like Ayelish but I would spell it Eilis.

I absolutely love (seriously, love!) Maisie. Also love Mollie (or Molly, I like both spellings) and like Sadie. I know people go on about the song but really, it's irrelevant.
Of those Mollie goes best with Ainsley. Not as keen on the others. |

I have a Sadie and we hardly ever get mentions of a cleaning lady - if we do, it's not in an awful way - so my vote is for Sadie - beautiful name

Maisie, pretty but not with Ainsley
Sadie, lovely! Mollie, pretty Ayelish,I love this name but prefer it spelt Ailish Milla, nice Amity, NMS but Dimity is nice Sadie is lovely but I'm not sure I'd be game to use it, for the cleaning lady references. I guess if I loved it enough it wouldn't bother me. |

My favourite is Molly, which I adore, but only spelled this way. Good luck OP.

Maisie and Sadie sound a bit too singsongy with Jayne - and from someone whose name was used in a song by Randy and the Rainbows of all bl**dy groups, choosing a name was an obvious song does result in that song being sung ad nauseum to thd kid by their teachers. I wouldn't use Sadie for that reason
I do like Molly but again it's a sonv name - not as obvious a song though. Ayelish and Ainsley are way too close for my liking. Amity is better but depends on if you want an A theme. That leaves Milla, which is NMS bur probably the best fit with both Ainsley and Jayne. |
