The ants go marching two by two
See my dilemma is that my NIB card can fit a maximum of 6 people on it. Perfect. We are all there together. But I have a little vulnerable 7 month old on a big bad Medicare card all by herself. So if we add another (as my DH is starting to harp on about again), then she will have company on the Medicare card. But the new baby will be all alone on the NIB card. sad.gif
I have thought about this too much. blush.gif

Louise3now4 - the solution to your terrible dilemna is simple....change private health cover providers! I am with MBF. We have 2 Medicare cards to fit 2 adults and 7 children and ALL of us are on the one MBF card!

I love that you have over thought this so much!! biggrin.gif

I posted something similar to the OP when our #4 arrived. It made me feel like a 'large' family to have 2 medicare cards. I'm not so concerned about Hugo being on the card on his own though - it might be the only thing he has all to himself Tounge1.gif

lol at the thought that went into that louise3fornow! Awesome original.gif

Thing is though... how much does it cost to print MC cards... and if they could get each family with everyone on ONE card (look how much space is wasted on the current ones) how much would that save?

next though they'll have chips in them and we'll be scanning them rather than reading them...

The obvious solution, Louise, is to change your username to Louise3now4nomakethat6or7. And then get busy! wink.gif

We also got a suprise when #4 meant we needed an extra Medicare card. But we fixed the loneliness problem by having #s 5 and now 6, so things are a little more balanced. Would hate for anyone to feel left out!

Well once you get to family member number 10 you get a third card with a whole new number. Apparently Medicare can't go to double figures. We have four cards two sets of two.

When our new medicare cards arrived with bub # 4 on a card all by himself I said to my husband that we had to have another one so that he wasn't all alone on a medicare card. My husband told me I was an absolute nut. Glad to see I wasn't the only one thinking this roll2.gif
