two kiddies couldnt be happier :)!
Hello Everyone

I havent been online for ages, but got a email about posts today so i wanted to drop in and share.

I buy from America a lot as their kits are much cheaper than here in Australia and Herrschners have a sale on at the moment, so cheaper again.

Shipping on most items are reasonable about $10 to $15 if you are willing to wait for snail mail, LOL, which normally takes about 4 to 5 weeks. You can use paypal and they are quite responsive to emails, although they are to the point with their replies, so not super friendly, but you would expect that with a large company.

The link to the specials:

Tip with buying from the company for shipping. If the shipping is super expensive, split the order to two orders and the shipping will be cheaper. I had lot of stuff in my cart before Christmas, and the shipping bounced from $15 to $70, due to the weight. Paper purchases will send the shipping up. I bought several kits, cross stitch and punch needle kits, and latch hook kits too and shipping was $15.

Hope it is ok to recommend a online store.

I remember a while back someone wanted a floor stand for stitching in this thread, shipping on floor stands from this company is really expensive, which is a shame as the stand is 0nly $40 ( I emailed and asked them if they could send it USPS not UPS and they said the couldnt, so I am still using the stand my hubby made for me). I really like their universal stand but not the shipping cost of $70.

By the way, I am Australian, I dont work for the company. I am just addicted to buying pretty craft kits. I have so many now, I probably wont need anymore for years to come LOL.

Cheers

Julie

EDIT. I gave only part of the specials before, sorry! All fixed! EDITED AGAIN: tired too many typos.

Hello

Yes very much. What kind of cross stitches do you like to do.

Curious as I wonder what kind of styles you would like.

I have a friend in china and she told me cross stitch is not very common as a hobby.

I have been working on this for a while, and still have a bit to go. But over the summer at the beach I have just been working on little simple ones.

Ohhh that is lovely. I have not Stitched for quite some time but need to do one for a pregnant friend, a bib, which I must get started sooner rather than later.
