I've also noticed that if i get up from a seating position too fast i get a cramp that only lasts for a minute, but its always in the same spot, just bellow my belly button and to the left closer to my hip... But it only happens if i move too fast.... Has anyone else had this?

I get the same thing on my right hand side. I just put it down to the fact that I have had two cesereans and it was a weak spot but perhaps that isnt the case...

wonder if anyone else is getting it?

Yep, exactly what I was getting which is why I went for the super early scan. It was happening mostly when I stood up, like a stitch pain, but right on the ovary area. In my case, it is 2 benign cysts on my right ovary and a corpus luteum cyst on the left that should just go away on their own.

Sometimes, a cyst forms where the egg was released called a corpus luteum, that may be the reason. They are very common and go away around 4 months.

As long as your pain doesn't become worse or more persistant, probably not much to worry about but of course I am not a doctor! (I am a lawyer so what would I know original.gif )

tender and very sore breasts... i mean they scream of take this bra out type if they can only talk.
bloated which mean gassy too. DH_to_be counts the times he gets woken up at night with my "buzzing" as he refers to it. i couldn't fit into my jeans coz of this bloat.
i haven't had like morning sickness but i think coz it's still early. i get this sick feeling then i smell something bad or soemthing good. like aftershave, that made me gag when it's my fave scent from DH_to_be. even like my own cooking. i'll be thinking what to cook and once i start cooking and smells it that it's i dont want it.
frequent trips to the loo.
and oh, crying, very emotional. i saw a bird fly and a feather dropped, i cried coz that feather is not going to see the bird anymore. crazy i tell you.
oh i started growing hair on my legs too! i dont normally have hairy legs and arms and very less in other areas but now i have hairy legs. never used a shaver before so we'll see how that goes.
also oily hair like second day hair looks like 5 days without washing. horrible. so i've been washing it everyday sad.gif
i get a breakout here and there but it's normally around the chin so hormonal spots.

phew that just sounded a lot but to me it's not a lot.
most of the days i dont even feel pregnant coz i always had this idea that you'll be vomitting all the time.. i blame the movies really hahaha

hope you all are having a great day original.gif

I've been having the same issue with very oily hair. At this stage I am still getting away with washing it every second day as I am hardly leaving the house.

My belly feels like a washing machine almost all the time, the only time it feels good is when I wake in the morning and just lay in bed. As soon as I get up, the tummy starts churning.

I am having alot of trouble eating - The smell of pretty much everything is making me gag. When I eat, the first 2 bites are usually alright and then I start having alot of trouble swallowing it, I just keep chewing the same bit forever and it doesn't want to go down, I also find I am dry reaching alot whilst trying to eat. I have thrown up 5 times, but each time its been a good couple of hours after I have eaten, so its more flemmy. (Sorry for the detail!)

Can anyone recommend foods to try that might be a bit easier for me to get down? Things that I was going nuts on last week are making me sick this week sad.gif

Thanks

AngieAngel, try dry crackers? My colleague had a similar problem during her pregnancy and she said nibbling crackers through the day helped get her through it. Or if you are gutsy, there is been studies showing acupuncture can help with bad m/s. Hang in there!

My symptoms started with recurring foot cramps and twitching eyelid, which subsided after 2 weeks. And bloating, especially if I had a full meal. Lots of horrid belching and wind noises from me that my husband has to put up with after every meal! (But he kindly tries to outdo me - I think he has sympathetic bloating symptoms!- that I don't feel too gross and embarrassed about mine Tounge1.gif) ) A bit of nausea and vomiting air, especially if I'm hungry. However all that are lessened now that I make sure I always have some food around me I can snack on between the small meals. And oh yes, sore boobs.

I get the occasional lower abdominal cramps that worries me when it happens. Woke up with it one night and I thought it was gonna be a m/c. This is my first pregnancy so it's reassuring to read that the occasional cramp is not uncommon.
