I would play the piano - I love the sound of the piano - so relaxing when you want it to be and so upbeat and fun when you want it to be. Unfortunatley I can't even read music.

Penny whistle! They sound so sweet and are small enough to take anywhere! Unfortunately, school days playing recorder have turned most people off any whistles.

I'd love to play the bagpipes. It's the only instrument I can think of that might drown out the noise of the kids biggrin.gif

Violin as I love the sound when it's played properly. I tried to learn for a few months when I was young but gave it up to learn piano and flute instead.
