DH & I each have a top 5 from our 'short'list (of 19 names ohmy.gif) and there is only one match!

I was hoping I could get some opinions (which may or many not encourage me to ditch some from my top 5 & replace them!)...

My top 5 (in alphabetical order):
Cillian
Dashiell
Dexter
Hugo
Raphael

We haven't even started working on middle names yet - I think we'll need a first name to match it with...
So please, rank these names, or at least give me some opinions original.gif

If 'you' like, I can add the other names on our list, but thought the 'top 5' might be a better place to start!

Thanks original.gif

Which one matched on your husbands list?

I like Cillian most, then Hugo.

The match was Cillian original.gif

the main concern with that is the 'n' at the end. I'm Erin, DH is Brendan, DD is Evelyn, is Cillian just getting too matchy?

Don't worry that only one match out of a shortlist of 19.

DH and I had a list of 100 names and were to highlight our favourite 20 names.... we had NOT ONE MATCH ohmy.gif . Of course we ended up having 2 boys (we can't agree on boys names).

Hugo and Raphael are the only two on your list I like. The other's I don't rate.

Raphael or Dexter I love. I am not a fan on the other 3 sorry. (I always wanted a Raph but DH didn't like it I was actually surprised he liked the name we went with for DS as for him it is very very out there)

With DD4 I really thought it was going to be a boy and had done a massive list of names I liked. Again Raphael was on I had Dexter, Declain, Zane, Atticus, Blake, Ryder, Hunter, Jasper (which due to DH's work was vitto'd right away) alas I didn't get to use any.

I did used to like Hugo but The Slap has ruined it for me now I think

Sili-en - although I've seen/heard it Kilien as well.

lsolaBella - 100 names? Wow! I don't think there's even that many we like!

We're hopeless with boys names!

Raphael (meh)

Others I can't really comment on as they are nms

Choosing a name is hard however so long as you and dh are happy with it then that is all you need to be concerned about.
