Well done jadeh, that's a great loss!

Bingebingebinge sad.gif I've been doing so well up until now. I think the exam stress is getting to me.

Sorry you are feeling stressed, cardamom.
Since you know from past experience that study related stress is a big trap for your eating, can you kind of plan to fail IYKWIM and have some treats or (better) favourite, filling meals at the ready? Even (wash my mouth out with soap and shoot me down in EB flames for even suggesting it) plan a visit to McDonald's as your dinner on a study day, if that's an indulgence for you? If that worked the equation might still come out healthier than if you try to be "good" when stressed and then end up bingeing?

jadeh, well done on your loss! that must be so motivating for you. You are right, you should at least commit to something 1000% and give it your best before deciding whether it works for you. For me, I can imagine eating like this forever. I think it's really important to find something that isn't a "diet".

I had the best 9 hours sleep last night original.gif don't you just love it when you wake up having slept well? And a good night's sleep is supposedly essential to weight loss.

I'm liking the food on this 'diet'. The one thing I'm not liking is the whole points thing. When I was doing calories - it was easy - calories or kilojoules are on everything. In order to work out the points - I need to know the protein, fat, fibre and carbs. I had a chat to the leader yesterday, and she said that the points do start to come automatically as you get used to them. She said she rarely has to look at her book now. So at least that's something. I do like that WW has the 0 pt food. It doesn't mean that I go nuts on it - as things like 'diet' stuff don't agree with me, but I know that there's always something that I can have.

There are a lot of lifetime members in out group, and they have all lost all their weight on the program. Which is great, cause I can see where they have come from, and what they did to get where they are now.
