It's a girl!!!!
I'm in!!

I'd LOVE to get to 52, I just wonder at how motivated I am to put the work in to get there. I'm about 55 at the moment. I've been away for 2 weeks and have no scales. Every time I get to 55 I relax a bit coz "I'm nearly there" Hahaha. Then before I know it a kilo or two have crept on instead of off.

I did Level 3 of 30day shred today, plus a 14km bike ride.

Might go do some yoga soon, sore back, TTing two year old and always bending over to pop her on toilet etc.

My brekkie I have some rolled oats, a tablespoon LSA, greek yoghurt and some fresh fruit (pear or banana).

lunch was salad of smoked salmon, green stuff, tomato, capsicum, hommus, garlic and olive oil

Dinner was steak and veg.

Couple of coffees, some crisps and lots of herbal tea.

Looking forward to the challenge!

Symone! Ah well, everyone needs a slack day sometimes! I did no exercise except for some walking but I ate fairly well.

I made the yummiest salad tonight- Turkish bread cubed and brushed with olive oil and crisped in the oven, olives, marinated feta, parsley, mint, olive oil, lemon juice, lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

Allyr- I usually eat 2 weetbix with a banana or a drained tub of diced fruit and milk.

3injune- did you get to the gym? What shoes did you get? I have black asics ith green and I love them!

Imamumto3- what exercise do you do?

Hi triple treat- maybe you should go to the loo before walking, lol!

Hi GIO- nice to see you here. I'm 57, wanna race to 52?! I'm pretty competitive, might be good incentive!

Triple treat- it isn't that much of a joke for me, my bladder is shocking after 3 kids. Maybe I should do a 4 week pelvic floor challenge after this one!

Sally- good luck with the brekkie choices! Brekkie is my favourite meal. So far I have only eaten half a banana as I just ran and don't feel like eating yet.

Mards- good job on the exercise, at least you shouldn't put any on!

I just ran 8k. I am going to Sydney for a fancy dinner tomorrow so thought I should put some effort in!

Have a good weekend everyone.

Hi girls. I didn't eat well yesterday but am making up for it today and have been really good with food and went for an hour walk / jog and burnt 410 cals (I have a heart rate moniter)

I love breakfast too! Lately I have been having oats with a banana and soy milk. I love it! My other fav is a smoothie made with soy milk, ice, banana, protein powder, flaxseed & honey! Yummo

Tonight for dinner I'm going to have an omlette thanks to all the talk previously about them. They sound so yum! So thanks for the idea lol

Hi again. Well I ate my omlette - had it with cheese, onion & tomato. I was still Hungary so I had an apple. Now it's getting to that time of night when I'm likely to eat junk food and it's all I can think about...

So thought I'd post in here and say I'm not going to eat junk, instead I'm
going to have a glass of water and watch Peter Pan with DD2.

I'll report back tomorrow to make sure I stay on track!

Xx
