I'm looking to extend my collection of feet. Has anyone bought one of the bulk packs of sewing machine feet from eBay like this one http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com.au/viewitem...nid=20934958565 ?

If so, were they any good?

I'm assuming they will fit the brother NS series machines too...

Also, what feet have you found to be the most useful in your collection? (I mainly sew clothes, haven't tried any quilting yet).

Hi

I have a Bernina machine, so I tend to buy the feet as required.

Additional feet that I have bought that have been really helpful - a ruffler foot, an invisible zipper foot. I have used both a lot, very handy to have for sewing clothes, etc.

The 1/4" quilting foot came standard with my machine, but I'm not sure that's the case with most machines. It's very helpful when piercing.

Yes Mands - that's what I thought! original.gif So I'm wondering if there is some sort of catch (i.e. either they are rubbish or don't actually fit every machine)..I guess it's not all that much to spend to find out but was wondering if anyone else had gotten them.

Thanks Yoda. I definitely want an invisible zipper foot. That ruffler foot sounds good too...

I just used my blind hem foot over the weekend. You can do a blind hem without a specific foot, but my goodness, it's SO much easier with a specific sewing foot! Loved it!
