Ugh I've put on a kilo. Not really surprised, been busy and just eating whatever. Did go for a 3km walk yesterday evening.

To be honest, I am surprised at how much weight I've put on, I just feel a lot fatter over the last week, and it really shows me how much I need to be aware of eating and exercise without letting it consume me unhealthily. So I think small steps again, I think I'll work on doing some exercise and eating some veg every day for now.

I must start recording in MFP again - I don't take my iPad to work though, so I don't keep up with it on my work days.
