I've advertised for this on Seek and have done countless trials but am yet to find someone who has the skills we need.
We have a casual full time office position open for a student who is quite tech / computer savvy. Essentially this person will be taking over a project that we've had a travelling student working on for the past 6 weeks. It entails sorting through our client files and organizing the documents we need to keep, then scanning those documents, renaming each file then uploading them onto our CRM. Full training is provided. Hours are 9am-5:30pm in North Sydney with an hourly rate of $22.50 including super. It’s a young, vibrant environment with an average age of about 24. Bottom line, I'm looking for someone who can pick up process really quickly and just get on with the job and not needing constant supervision. I definitely need someone who knows their way around a computer, saving, renaming and moving documents etc. Any experience in the insurance / finance industry would be an advantage but is absolutely not necessary. Resume can be sent through to ckeey@xlife.com.au This position needs to be filled ASAP within the next few days, so this will go quickly. I'm in the process of conducting a quick phone interview with candidates today and tomorrow, looking at starting trials next week to find the best person to fit this role. Thanks Colleen This post has been edited by Cuckoo-choochoo: 09/01/2013, 08:50 AM |
