OMG so true! Loved watching him work out too...he was wrecked but took it in good spirit. I was shouting 'get your game face on' at the tv lol.

And that smile and laugh...swoon. I think they should just bin the rest of them and make it the Commando show. Bet the viewing figures would soar.

Go Margie! This series was more entertaining with her in it.

I have a soft spot for Kasey and Alex too...

Tea for two I think it's 6 weeks between last elimination & finale. So they give them over a month

Oh does anyone know who the final 3 are yet?

Cheers original.gif

Just watched the bit where Brenda has been training in the middle of the night. I would have thought that would be really bad for you and ineffective? I don't know the exact science behind it, but isn't adequate rest an essential part of weight loss for muscle repair and to regulate your metabolism? I'm going to have to google it..

Someone posted the final three in here a month or so ago original.gif

Highlight to read (I know it's the spoiler thread, but just in case)

Apparently the final 3 are Alex, Margie and Brenda

I think Margie will probably win, but I'd rather it was Alex, even though I've gone off him lately.

Actually, I think I'd like Brenda to win most of all, but I don't think it's feasible given the small amount of weight she has left to lose.

I reckon PPs are probably right about Lydia winning eliminated contestant. I can't think of anyone else who might get it.. Bek maybe? I'd love for Shane to win, but I can't remember if he had lost much weight on the outside..
