DF- exciting on the first MCN. They are so addictive. I've had to put my purchases on hold (I've told myself it's only till the move, then all bets are off!) I'm sure your baby won't be overcooked! Speak with TNMN- she went to nearly 43 weeks and her little one is gorgeous!

Aussie- 11 weeks to go does sound really close! That's me tomorrow ohmy.gif

Bigmum- I will be in Coffs with my baby, so we won't have any visitors at first. I think it might be nice to have the bonding time together as a family. I hope that swim fixed things in your pelvis

MrsNorthman- I hope the vampires were nice to you today. Not long till the scan. I love scans, but yes, they are nervewracking. Keep talking to us. As you can see by my day, the panic never ends.

TNMN- Carys is beautiful- love the new sig

Jens- I hope DH was suitable humble when he got home to find he let the dogs out. How did you go at the OB?

Ty- you have to watch those 35 hour olds the most- they are so manipulative biggrin.gif

Mama- I hope the physio did a miracle job on your body today original.gif

Jen- that's no cocktail party! I'm still of the opinion baby will come on his due date

AFM- bit of a panic today- I woke at 2am with lots of wriggling and tightenings. Couldn't get back to sleep for ages. Still went to work today wacko.gif , the wriggling and tightenings continue all morning. Did some reading on BH and the advice is if it continues for more than 2 hours or you have two within 12 mins of each other, go to hospital. Went and had a lie down in sick bay and had 3 'BH' in 10 mins. Took myself off to hospital and they monitored me for an hour- no BH. It's just baby kicking me non stop. He is so strong. They are still going! He has hardly let up all day. The OB said it's better to have too many than too few. I agree that movement is good, but this is ridiculous. I need to sleep at some stage!

It was a good outcome (not early labour, yay!) but I felt a bit silly and there is no relief. I am taking tomorrow off work. I'm sure that will help

I am just having a nightmare that bub will be 4/5 weeks over and 10 pound something. In end I know I wont go full term so its just a "thought". So agree, TNMN little on is so gorgeous...

Jen42: Hope BP stays level for you.

Mumabug and Bigmum: Hope the pain has settled for you

Jens1607: How did your apt go?

Tygrays: Love the shots!!!

Hi to ChocMud, Indah, Hernette, Key4 and all I have missed, hope you are all well.

AFM: Nothing to exciting happening here, bedrest, bedrest etc....Cant get into skin specialist until next January so tht will be a waste of time as really want to deal with now. Pain pretty bad today so hopefully can rest more tomorrow. Bub is going to be born and the 1st thing bub is going to do is lay there poking my stomach and say "do you like that?" as I keep seeing if bub is ok lol.....

Kate - don't ever be embarrassed by checking everything is ok original.gif

DF - I'm nearly 40 weeks and I STILL poke him to make sure he's ok!

If ANYONE else calls or sms's to ask "how I'm going" I'm turning the phone off. rant.gif

Grrr! Grrr some more!

Jen42: Somewhat glad I am not the only one that pokes bub to see if bub is ok!

Kate-ko: I forgot to add that every time I have to go to the hospital or the OB for a check etc after a bleed etc... they have always said "they would rather check and all is ok, than for the patient to wait and have something wrong. Yes, it may all be ok BUT they actually do like when they get the good outcomes, it's a break from the bad". This is said after I have apologised for wasting their time - in reply to that I also get "You are not wasting our time".... check will at least put your mind at ease!!!

AFM: EBAY is now an addiction - have the parts for the stroller - parent console, tray, car seat adaptor. Just need the bassinet and the travel bag (for when I have to return to Brissy to work - if still working there). Was able to pick up a double breast pump for a fraction of the new cost, so will just get some new parts for it. Now up to 9 MCNS too... so need a new hobby otherwise will be able to open my own baby shop soon lol.

Cross everything - contractions 10 minutely but quite painful and after 4 pads and much checking I am definitely not weeing myself! Not sure if it's a show/mucus plug or amniotic fluid so I've come to bed to lay down and see if it gets more or less leaky! DH will be very chuffed if baby brother comes tomorrow (his Dads birthday!)

I'll be sure to let you know if I go in, meanwhile just send me both labour vibes and pain management vibes!

Good luck Jen: will keep fx and hopefully lurk for baby news!!!!!

ETA: OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG! DH and I just agreed on a name... "Charlotte" so not sure if it fits in with siblings or even if bub is a girl lol but looks like bub is a "Charlotte" no matter what as that so far is the ONLY name we both said yes too! Though I do think is close to youngests name, but I have never really one who (until this bub and reading EB) worried if bubs name suited siblings etc.

Well it's 3.30am and contractions are about 6-7 minutes apart but lasting around a minute each time. They hurt too much to sleep through but I continue to try as I know there's still a while to go! I'm worried the pain is centred down low, not all over, if this is another fake there's no way DH can go to work because I definitely can't take care of DS all day!

Hopefully things will progress slowly enough to get DS to day care then quickly to have baby brother before day care ends! I'll keep you posted original.gif
