Hi All,

Just wondering if anybody ever experienced a temperature dip just before AF was due, but was actually pregnant?

My temp took a dip this morning, its sitting on the coverline and I am 14dpo... Im feeling a little depressed as I've lost hope this month... dont want to test until I am overdue... cry1.gif

I'll be perfectly honestly and say a temp dip to coverline at 14dpo 99.9999% of the time means AF is on the way.

75% of healthy couples having BD at the appropriate time have conceived in 9 months, 90% in 12 months. Also you only have a 1 in 5 chance of conceiving in any given cycle so realistically you need to look at 5 cycles as the absolute minimum number needed to conceive, so no in the grand scheme of things 7 months isnt particularly long to be TTC.

If you wanted to attach your chart, I could have a look at it for you.

There are so many reasons for not falling pregnant it is not funny and it is definitely common for women to take over 12 months to conceive.

What kind of tests the the gyno do just out of curiosity?

I have been temp charting for 6 months. Each month shows a healthy bi-phasic chart.

My gyneo suggested the following which I did;

Progesterone blood test to test for ovulation; and that came back with a 64 score. So im ovulating fine.

Internal ultrasound to check for endo, PCOS or any abnormalities. Those results came back fine.

My husband has not been checked though..... unsure.gif

You won't be able to upload a PDF file.

If you are able to, rescan the chart and save as a JPG or GIF file to your computer.

Then, go to www.tinypic.com and upload your picture file following the instructions. This will give you a randomly generated url, which you can use to paste in here so that Smurtle and Nut can see your chart.

HTH.

After 4 long years of TTC, our dream has been realised ...
Just to let you know, you can't diagnose endo by an US. The only way it can be diagnosed is by having a laparoscopy.
