Hmmm I bought the woolies one for my parents for Christmas. Wonder if I should take it back because we didn't buy a milk frother for them. Figured they could buy it themselves but I like that the map one has a frother.
Now can I talk DH into taking it back for me |

Target and The Good Guys also sell the Map pods - they come in chocolate also.

Thank you thank you got one here at Woodville, Adelaide Harvey Norman. The price said normally 129.00 I think. It takes a lot for me to step foot in a HV store so thank you OP.

I went and had a look at it last night and it's not very good at all. Normally retails at $129 so at $80 off it is cheap but also not worth it.
I took the water reserviour out and then couldn’t get it back in – even the assistant working there couldn’t do it. Eventually after removing the pod holder got it back in but it was hard work so imagine trying to do that when full of water. The assistant there said she recommends to people that people only pull it out a tiny bit and then fill it up from a jug. Seems like a huge pain. Also you have to release the pressure through the frother before you can actually make the coffee. She said it uses about ½ cup of water doing this and you have to do it each time. Seeing as there were a few still there I take it, it isn’t selling well and the reviews on it are really bad. They had another Map one there that offered a $75 cash back on it reducing the price to about $110 I think. Looked a lot better quality too. |

I've bought one for my mil but I must admit its not the nicest looking one and the water reservoir is quite hard to get in and out! I have the woolworths one for $69 and I'm quite impressed with it, looks good, easy to use and the Gloria jeans coffee is nice. It also takes the map pods and the woolworths select pods but I havnt tried these yet. Much nicer coffee than the aldi pods and as good as the nespresso I'd say!

Also you have to release the pressure through the frother before you can actually make the coffee. She said it uses about ½ cup of water doing this and you have to do it each time. S I have had this machine since July and probably had to release the steam twice (due to my husband pressing the wrong button). We have a seperate milk frother though as we originally bought the frother and machine from aldi, but the machine didnt work, so we returned it and bought this one instead but still had the frother. Also - the water jug is quite easy to get in and out once you really take a look at how it sits in there. I love it, dont have a problem with the adli pods being grainy, but actually prefer the woolworths select pods. We had visitors staying for a week, and it was probaly used over 20 times a day at this time without an issue. |

We bought two of these machines, one for my MIL and one for my FIL. My FIL's machine doesn't work properly - the water won't come out, is incredibly loud and when we did get the water to come out it was then too hot to make another cup. Not sure if MIL's is the same.. So disappointed, I have an aldi machine and frother and have never had a problem with it in the last year.

We have had no problems with ours at all. We half pull the water reservoir out and fill easy. We make sure we prime as per instructions. It looks good in our kitchen we have a black flecked laminate top and honey coloured cabinets. My bf has a much pricier nespresso machine and I think our coffee is just as nice.

We bought one and have no problem putting the water container back in, even DD13 can do it. The girls use it for their hot chocolate. We have a mix of Map, Woolworths and GJ's pods at the moment.
I love making a shot of the GJ's caramel and then tipping it over a bowl of ice cream. |
