Morning everyone

I wrote a replies post last night, then accidentally deleted it - dumb. Anyway, summary of it:

yay Zackcat!!! Congrats on Mia Pearl's arrival - it was lovely to read your birth story xo

Alxeen - hilarious to hear of the hic hic here and hic hic there of your bubbas. Your twins are too darn cute already!

Tishka - nice to read your update. It's good to hear Zara is progressing original.gif . I can recall the SCN travelling and imagine how much harder it is with a toddler in tow.

Hi neneyb.

Thanks to those who responded re sibling stuff. DH and I chatted and decided we'll make a really conscious effort to do some fun stuff all together in the last days(weeks?) before bub arrrives. We had great family day out yesterday. And what do you know? DS was great at bedtime (it's been weeks of shenanigans), and has been super cheery this morning. Hopefully it's better late than never type scenario.

Good list Zackcat, much appreciated.

AFM, bub feels even lower. Every midwife appt from 32 wks I think, they've said she's 3/5 engaged so I'm wondering how much lower she can get before anything happens. I woke up this morning with such strong "period pain" type feeling after a night of it alos and her sitting so low, I thought today is the day. But, of course it's all stopped again lol. Oh who knows!

Looking forward to more baby news!

Chat soon xo

Oh it's so exciting! People going into labour.... Yay! Or nearly anyway, lol.

Zackcat, thanks for the tips!!! Is it cold enough for flannelette pjs? Thats all I own in button ups!

Serapod and studybug, good luck, take a walk, here's hoping for some action soon!

I've finally got my glass bottles sorted for the sup feeds, and am off for the teats today. Had a bit of a barney yesterday about the MIL and why I don't want her in this house after bub is born. I've agreed to go and see her in town... It's very complicated but I think DH understands. Makes me realise how he has no idea what is coming. May be my third but it's his first and he doesn't realise what the first few weeks can be like, or what it means to be a high risk of PND etc. Anyway, it did help me think of a plus side to a CS - I'd be in hospital long enough to have visitors there, so no one has to come to the house that isn't a close and supportive friend - yay!

Congrats Zackat, such exciting news!!

I am so totally over it... still in perfect health, no swelling etc but I am over it nevertheless... The braxton hicks have been full-on for two months now. I am over them, I think I'm going to have the most conditioned uterus in Australia once its birth time!! My mum arrived on Friday and my due date is the following wednesday. As much as I'd like to go earlier, it doesn't feel like I will. I think I'll be over.

Anyone else reaching the end of their tether? I am generally energetic and positive in the mornings, but by this time of the day I feel so tired!

Have updated those details for Zackcat

yes remember a few pages back something said about that so we have 2 more babies out there.......waiting for updates.

Serapod hope things start happening real soon for you.

Sarah hope the same happens for you too.

got an update on my dad he will be going back for an appointment this week will get confirmed details on Monday.

He will require a triple bypass and a valve replacement.

Going to attempt to clean out the car with the vacuum my mission for today original.gif

Updated edit original.gif

DH helped vacuum the car so now that is clean and we have 3 seats in. Decided to 'try' and put baby capsule in, then asked DH to do it so he could see how difficult it would be (he says we don't need to waste money on a base) Best thing to ever do............pregnant hormonal wife was right we need the base original.gif

Red I hope your section goes smoothly for you! Hope that your father's operation goes well and he ends up healthy!

Nataliah when are you due? Do you feel your braxton hicks contractions? I am having them sporadically, and mostly I don't notice them because they are painless. Probably began 2 weeks ago. Amazing how different every woman's body handles pregnancy, labour and birth!

Sarahv hoping you are in labour soon! Good luck!

AFM So, today marks 40 weeks pregnant. Today is also my MIL's 50th birthday. 27th is my nephew's first birthday - if my baby is born then, my sister will kill me ddoh.gif

This morning about 5am I had a big gloop of discharge.. that unfortunately doesn't seem any different to 'normal' discharge, except in volume. EG - not really snotty, and no bloody streaks. So I suppose I will just wait and see if anything progresses today. Leave my husband at work original.gif
