Hi ladies! An absolutely huge congrats on your pregnancy! I'm a first year student midwife, studying at the University of Queensland, my base hospital being Mater Mother's. As part of my course we do a continuity of care experience. We support women through their pregnancy, the labour and delivery as well as the postnatal period. This includes us attending at least 5 of your antenatal appointments, the labour and delivery and at least 2 postnatal appointments. I am so passionate about my course and being an advocate for women. I would love to experience your journey from pregnancy to motherhood. I'm looking for any woman who is delivering at a Logan/Brisbane hospital, no matter what your circumstances are. I would love to hear from you, so if you are interested please send me a message. Congrats again and can't wait to hear from you!

Hi Ladies, My name is Julie and I am in my third and final year studying midwifery at ACU in Melbourne.
I need just five more generous women to follow through their pregnancy, and a few weeks into their early motherhood experience This journey a is valuable learning tool for me as I build on my midwifery skills, as well as discover first hand what is important to women as I build a relationship with them. This involves attending antenatal appointments with you, the birth is an optional event, and following up postnatally.
Not only do I benefit from the experience, but I can also be an extra support or resource for you, as well as a friendly face this is at your discretion and I will only be as involved as you would like.
If you would be interested, or just have some questions please contact me or reply to this post!
Best of luck through your childbearing experience and I look forward to hearing from you!
Julie.

Congratulations ladies!
My name is Aviva and I am currently in my second year studying a Bachelor of Midwifery at Australian Catholic University in Melbourne. I am looking for pregnant women who are less than 35 weeks pregnant and are willing to share their pregnancy experience with me. All that will be required from you is that I accompany you to at least 2 antenatal and 2 postnatal appointments and maintain regular contact with you especially in the later stages of your pregnancy. The rest is up to you! Everything that I share with you is kept completely confidential, and most women who participate in the program find it to be a rewarding and supportive experience.
If you live in Melbourne South Eastern suburbs, anywhere from St Kilda to Clayton, and are interested in having a student midwife follow your journey, please contact me to ask any questions regarding the program. I look forward to hearing from you. Aviva Muller

Hello!
My name is Emily and I'm a first-year student midwife at Victoria University in Melbourne. As a part of my midwifery course, I need to recruit women to follow through from pregnancy to the postpartum period. By doing so, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of the entire experience that women go through.
My role in the Follow-Through Journey can vary depending on you and your needs. It can include me coming along to your appointments with your caregiver (OB/midwife/GP), attending any antenatal classes (hospital-based or private), potentially the labour and birth, or even just catching up over coffee. I can be a resource if you have questions, or simply be a support person – whatever suits you best. And, of course, you always have the option to pull out of the program at any time.
Please feel free to PM me if you’re interested or have any questions. I am based in Brunswick, but I’m willing to travel, depending on the distance.
Thank you for considering being a part of a student midwife’s education!
Emily
