Hi there. It's a beautiful name and in fact it was the name we had picked for our daughter who was born in August. However, we found that it had become just too popular and decided against it. Popular isn't a bad thing, our 2.5 DD is Olivia, but we thought that Sienna was a bit more unusual and we might have got "oh another Sienna". If that doesn't bother you then go for it, it's truly beautiful. We ended up calling our DD Anneliese Lily and it suits her beautifully.
