Satay

I don't know much about the NK and medication but can you discuss this withyour FS or talk to the nurses to discuss with them on your behalf.

Don't worry about work don't add that stress on yourself. You have to do what is best for you right now and your beautiful bubba.

Take care x

Fingers Crossed - that must be a wonderful feeling! I can't wait until I get to that stage.

Dolce - How are you going?

Satay - OMG - I would have completly lost it. You are doing so well to hang in there. Lucky you have some great help around you! I too had that experience last time and drove endles kms for no answers on a weekend. My heart goes out to you. I hope that you have calmed down a little. Bugger work - your little one is far more inportant that making someone else happy!

Glitterz - How exciting for you! That is simly wonderful news for you. When is your next scan and OB appoint?

AFM - Last lot of BT results are all good. They are rising nicely so have made appointment for Monday for 1st US. DH can come too which will be great. I am currently 6w4d so will be 7w2d so will be good to have that milestone knocked over. Will also make an appoint with OB today to catch up with them too to get thyroid stuff tested again too!

Hi Girls,

Remember me? lol, sorry I have been MIA, I fell behind a bit and then it just kept seeming to overwhelming to catch up with you all, I also just had a mini break on the Gold Coast taking my DD to the theme parks, exhausting but fun.

Welcome to the newbies Hillplain and Magenta (and anyone else I may have missed), glad you girls are here. FYI if you missed it a few of us have a page on FB also, if you are interested message me original.gif

Satay - I am so sorry you have had this bleed hun how terrifying, glad to hear baby is fine though. Rest up and don't let work stress you out bubs is much more important.
As for the high risk/inducing thing I had this with my DD (2009) I was induced on my due date because they didn't know enough about IVF pregnancies they were treated as high risk but I have heard that things have changed, recent studies have proven that once we get past the crucial points we are no different then normal.
I will be putting my foot down this time as being induced SUCKS!!! there is no time to adjust to the pain I went from zero to 100 on the pain scale within 30mins and I just couldn't handle it. I really just want to let nature take its course this time around.

Someone mentioned dodgy sleep, I have had this too, especially worse the last couple of weeks, I am so restless and keep waking at 4am its so frustrating.

I am 16 week now and am huge, I am only 5'2 so there isn't much room there and being my second I have rapidly expanded so I look about 20+ weeks and my skin already is beginning to feel tight on my belly.
Happily I have just started to feel a few little flips and kicks, still very light and inconsistent but sooo exciting biggrin.gif

Counting down to my next scan in 3 weeks when I am hoping to find out if bub is pink or blue, can't wait.

hugs to you all wub.gif

Lis

Good evening ladies!

Satay - how did you go today at your ob??

Glitterz - great news on the heartbeat!

Welcome back nande, glad you enjoyed your time away!

Hillplain - great news on the numbers! Good luck with your first scan.

Afm - 19wks today. Woke up this morning bleeding, which was very scary and upsetting. Managed to get the babies wriggling with cold water and saw my ob this afternoon. Both babies are doing well, my cervix is still nice and long. and closed. Ob thinks bleeding has come from the placenta nothing to worry. about. If i bleed more or babies stop moving then i am to go to hospital. Am also off work till next week, gotta take it easy. Morph scan monday to check everything and find out if these little strong kickers are boys or girls.

Hope everyone else is doing well!

hillplain - great news on your bt results. Scan Monday how exciting. We also have our 12 week scan Monday.

Nande - I can't believe your 16 weeks. I am also 5'2" and I am worried about how fast I will pop. I am rubbing body oil and creams in twice daily tohelp my skin as i have a few barely noticable stretch marks from my pregnancy in 2001/2.

emso - What a scare you must have had I am so pleased that your bubbas are ok. Good luck at morph scan next week. Take it easy and I hope the next few weeks months go smoothly for you guys.
