Hi, I am currently studying my Diploma in Reflexology (due to complete in March 2013) so may be able to help, the reproductive area is located just under the ankle bone on the inside of the foot, the bladder is in a similar area but is located slightly lower down and more on the sole of the foot. (sorry easier to show you on your foot lol).
That may help you to pinpoint where the pain was. I have often picked up discomfort there when people were approaching their period etc so yes it could definitely be sensitive to any changes in that area such as your pill change etc. Regular reflexology treatments will help as reflexology can aid healing and can relieve pain so maybe treat yourself to a treatment. Oh, and remember to drink lots of water afterwards, it helps flush out all the toxins that have been released during your treatment Hope that helps a little bit.
