Fingers crossed: I remember you! I'm so excited for you getting a BFP!!! And so happy it happened 1st try of the IVF. Congratulations to you & your DH, I hope everything progresses smoothly for you original.gif

AFM: been so busy lately & was a little concerned bubs might be feeling it but at my midwife appt my blood pressure & fundal height were all good. I'm getting more movement from bubs the last week or so & it is just the most amazing feeling! To think a few months back I was so down in the dumps about trying to get pregnant & now here I am over half way through & feeling my little boy move - it's just the best thing ever!!!

Hope everyones well, belly rubs

Fingers Crossed - congrats on your BFP, how exciting that you got it off your first IVF cycle, hoping you have a nice sticky bub original.gif

Meg - it's so exciting being past the half way point isn't it and to be able to feel bub starting to kick so much more original.gif

Magalee - how wonderful that your friend is also pregnant and so close to. My BF is finally pregnant (after four MCs) and almost 13 weeks, with twins!!! Can't wait to be spending a lot of our time together next year.

AFM - went to an appointment with a specialist yesterday in relation to my cholestasis down in the city. Was really good to talk to someone who actually understood my condition and knows what to do. As a result, I'm now having the rest of my appointments at that hospital and will also be delivering there. The hospital is about an hour away from our house so travel will be a little annoying but I feel so much more confident in the care of this doctor. He's referred me on for repeat blood tests of my liver and bile acids, ultrasound next week to check placenta level (which I was getting anyway) but now also to check liver and gallbladder. Also got a prescription for three drugs, one specific to my condition, another for reflux/itchiness and another which is a antihistamine with sedative effect to try help me get some sleep and manage my itchiness overnight. Definitely rattling now from all the drugs!!
I now also have no more than 4 weeks left of work and can't wait to be finished.
Hope you are all doing well and enjoy your weekend original.gif

Hi to everyone else!! How are we all doing? I'm good.. 12weeks today.. I can't believe i'm already here!! I think it was meg who said that the first weeks went the slowest and then time just sped up. Well I totally second that! The first 4 or 5 weeks just dragged on, but no I can't believe how fast time is going past!!! Although if these food aversions would pass sometime soon I would really truly appreciate it.. lol

hugs to you all and i'm sooo excited to see cams and geishagirl are already into the 30th weeks!! how exciting!!

hugs to everyone!!

I didn't stop looking for my period until around the 20 week mark! Cramps are normal the whole way through, unless there's also bleeding (asked my OB that one!). I'd stopped drinking beforehand but just made myself designated driver as well. If someone asks tell them you've got a UTI and are on antibiotics, that'll explain all the toilet trips too!

babyinabackpack - congrats on the 12 week mark!
