Hi ladies i need some help.

I have had 2 negative HPT's, one on Tues and one last night.

I got AF on 11/2/12 and clearblue fertility monitor showed ovulation on 23/2 and 24/2. We tried on 22,23,24 and 25 for good measure.

AF is due in 2 days time (i have a very regular 28 day cycle).

For the last 7-8 days i have had mild nausea, cramping, and very very sore BB's. I never get sore bb's or sore nips or nausea before AF. I also have had lots of creamy cm in the last 7 days, headache (yesterday but could have been from crying so much due to negative HPT) and a few days of frequent urge to pee.

Based on the symptoms I was hoping that I have conceived but HPT's came out negative.

I lost my bub at at 18 weeks in Nov last year due to inexplicable rupture of my membrane rupture (it was my first pregnancy). After hanging on for 5 days, my little angel passed away. There were no explanations for what happened and post mortem reports showed bub was fine and growing. I feel like such a failure because i couldn't protect him!! cry1.gif There isn't a day that I don't cry about it or when i don't miss him or don't wish that i had been taken with him. I am 35 and just desperate to be a mum. I want to hold my baby and love him/her till the day I die. I just can't wait to be pregnant again but I really don't know what is going on. What do you think? Could I still be pregnant?????? Can i still get a positive after 2 negatives? wacko.gif

Baby dust to all and may none of you ever experience what I went through. xox

I am so so sorry for you loss and it is possible you are still pregnant. it also possible you are not but next month may be your lucky month (or another month for that matter). I know that unbearable painful feeling of just wanting to be pregnant this moment.

Head to Countdowntopregnancy.com They have stats by DPO to see how many women get a positive test on what days and what symptoms people are experiencing.

What brand of HPT are you using? First response early detection is hands down the best (it always picks up my pregnancies days before the rest!)

Best of luck.

thank you to the both of you. Just felt so hopeless after the 2 BFN's. Last time, fell preggars after TTC seriously for the first time and knew i was preggars cos i was peeing for the country a week before AF was due. Did a test 5 days before AF and had BFP. i never ever get sore bbs or nips or nausea before AF so thought maybe this month we had caught. i guess i will find out in a few days time. Good luck to everyone who are TTC. some days are just tough!

op firstly I am sorry for your loss. first of all you need to calm down and take some deep breaths. secondly I think you are testing too early as if you are pregnant you would barely be 2 weeks after conception. I know the waiting is torture but you have to wait as some women do not get positive pregnancy tests until they are further along. yes I had many negative tests and then turned out to be pregnant some turned out well some did not. do you remember how far along you were in your last pregnancy when you got a postive HPT? For example I had a DD and I remember testing when I was 2 days late and it was a negativeand then I started to feel cramping so assumed AF was on its way, so went to an engagement party and had a 'great' night then the following week AF still not arrived and had really sore breasts so took another test and it was a faint positive but decided to wait a few days until I tested again (torture) and then did another one and it was a strong positive and I worked out I would have been almost 7 weeks pregnant and I would have tested firstly when I was 5 weeks but it said negative so a long answer to your question is yes you can have anegative when you are pregnant and the same thing happened when I was pregnant with DS so never give up hope that you are pregnant until your AF arrives. Good luck OP as I know how torturous all this waiting is.

Hi MrsCK, I tested 5 days before my periods were due last time and got a positive. Thank you so much for your reply, it gives me some hope. And yes the two-week-wait is torture, especially after losing a bub the way i did, there is a lot of self doubt and distrust of one's own body. Keep me in your prayers. Either way i will post here and let you all know how I go. rolleyes.gif
