Soooooooooo boring but the only thing I could stomach when pg was plain wholemeal toast, and a cup of tea with a dash of honey.

Normally I eat cereal.

The only thing that stopped me feeling wretched for five minutes was tomatoes or anything acidic, was also going through about 1.5lts OJ a day (my poor teeth!)..... so I was having sliced tomato with s&p on toast. Couldn't stomach coffee at all (and I LOVE my coffee).

This baby is going to come out bright red I'm sure, thanks to copious amounts of tomatoes and Cherry Ripes consumed.

I have a muslie bar before I get out of bed (carmens cranberry and chocolate works for me) and then oats with sugar and milk. Sometimes apple puree or le rice are good or toast with lashings of butter. Anything with carbs and a bit of sugar tends to stick a bit better.

wotevs.
I'm big on smoothies at the moment. I put in banana, raspberries, honey and some wheatgerm, with skim milk. It's the only thing I feel like at the moment.

Not my group, but I couldn't do cereal, porridge or milky things in the morning either, including coffee which I missed! I stuck to dry stuff like toast with vegiemite or jam, crackers or a boiled egg on toast. It got me through until the nausea eased off, now my appetite is back and I can eat most things again. Hope you start to feel better soon!

I get up early with DF and have a decaf latte and find I need something light so I have 1 or 2 pieces of toast with butter and vegemite. Later on in the morning I might make some scrambled eggs or have some bircher museli. I've had no morning sickness so have been very lucky with that.
