GOLD!!!
Now to catch up with everything.
CONGRATULATIONS to everyone, here's to an exciting & uneventful 7-8 months ahead.
So, as far as I can work out I am due around the 24th September. I have first appointment with GP who is also Ob tomorrow afternoon, not sure what to expect as we had an early miscarriage in December & got this BFP straight after, with no AF in between. I am hoping to get some advice on diet & exercise, as I am currently overweight and am potentially high risk for having to deliver at a hospital that is 100km from home, so not wanting gain much weight, if any.
We are not planning on telling anyone until after the 12 mark, but won't be making a big deal of it with any big announcements planned.
So much to read through, but glad everyone is traveling along well, sympathies to everyone who has M/S.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone!!!

I have 4 from my first marriage and this will be my Partners 1st, so he is super excited! I think I'm due around Sept 20-25. Have first OB appointment on the 16th Feb where he wants to do a scan, so should get a better idea then, he delivered my last baby, so glad I've been able to get into him again Cheers, Kat

Morning Sickness has well and truly kicked in for me, but it arrives around dinner time not breakfast time!!!

Hi All
Well DP and I had our first scan this morning - and I saw the heartbeat!!!!
All is looking well, although dating is now for 25th September, as opposed to 17th September
Tinkster23 & Neonataldiabetes - thankfully I have managed to avoid any sickness, although I didn't have any with my son, so hoping I may manage to luck out again. I am the opposite - ravenously hungry all the time and feel sick if I don't eat!!
wannabamumma - we had exactly the same situation as you - miscarriage in December with no AF between then and getting pregnant - so was very hard to tell dating I am also with you on the keeping fit - I am not overweight, but I did put on a stack of weight when pregnant with Jack, probably because of my chocolate cravings. I am determined to eat sensibly this time, and to keep up my exercise! Plus I'd love another straightforward birth, and to be fit for birth, and to rebound well from birth as well!
Hope all the babymummas are going well xxoo

Hi ladies I thought I was due the 17th September, but my dating scan has revised that to the 24th September, so either way I'm in this group. This is my first pregnancy and my husband and I are very excited because we didn't think we would conceive so quickly. He melted my heart by asking if I wanted to go to the baby shop on the weekend to play with some pushchairs. Good luck

Hello lovely mums-to-be! I hope you're all doing well and those of you that are sick are coping okay. There is an old wives tale that says the sicker you are, the safer the pregnancy ... but I think they just say that to make you feel better about being sick (sort of like being pooed on by a pigeon being good luck). Brissie1sttimer - your DH sounds lovely! Congrats on getting pregnant so quickly. We were successful the first month we tried as well, and being our third baby, you'd think we'd be all good but DH and I are still in shock a bit. Nice to see another Brissie chick in here too! milliej13 - how exciting to see the heartbeat! I can't wait - but will have to, until 22 Feb. So far away! I can't do personals from the previous thread - too hard for my preggie brain! AFM I am still waiting for morning sickness to kick in with full force and wondering quietly if I might get away lightly this time. I had constant queasiness with both my previous pregnancies, but so far with this one, I just have a general aversion to food but not feeling sick. Part of me wishes to feel sick just for reassurance, but the other part is saying I should relax and enjoy.
