I had about a gazillion things to do today, including getting my hair done. DS decided not to have a nap before my hair appointment and I wad scared he would be a handful.
He sat very quietly, playing with a sticker book or eating his food. His behaviour was complimented by the staff. A baby was crying as she had her hair cut, DS showed such empathy, saying, "can I give the baby a cuddle to make her happy?"
When doing the grocery shopping, I bought him a toy (a little garbage bin toy thing, with 2 little monster things inside) while we were queueing for the register, he saw another boy in a trolley next to us, he held out his toy and said, "I want to share with the boy". So after we had paid, he gave the little boy one of the toys inside.
So proud of my little guy today. He eventually had his nap at 4pm. Poor little guy was knackered.

Awww thats lovely! It's so nice when your expectations are met and then exceeded I had a girls lunch yesterday, and was really dreading taking my 2yr old DS out. He sat in his high chair with nothing but smiles and charms for two hours while we ate lunch and drank coffe. It was the best day!
