Hi, thanks Smoo for the link, i did end up making butter icing, i used the chocolate recipe and did green butter icing for the sides. I made the kiwi fruit cars too, very cute, it looked great and nice and healthy too. I didnt like the sound of Fondant icing, it doesnt sound very nice for children. And i think the butter type looks just as good.
