spending less time on EB and more time with a book

So DD 6 loves Katy Perry. I dont know thatmuch of her, except for her vid of her and Elmo and the song Firework, which I thought was not too bad.

So I download her CD for DD and popped it in the cd player of the car yesterday.

DD asks for peacock to be played.

OMG parenting fail big time! The next thing I know, DD is singing along to a song I thought was about a bird, but its about some chick wanting to see whats in a blokes underwear.

OK, me thinks Miss Perry better get packed away for a little while.

Ah yes, I did that one myself.

Downloaded them, bunged them on DD's (12) ipod and then had to listen to her singing about get wasted on a friday night and not knowing who she went home with huh.gif

Came off pretty quickly.

I have visions of my 8 year old niece singing "it's not fair" much to the horror of my brother & SIL!
